Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Care Check at https://www.carecheck.live, operated by Care Check (Mustaqim Ibrahim, sole proprietor).

By creating an account, completing onboarding, or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Care Check.

The service

Care Check helps licensed childcare programs track compliance deadlines and receive email and SMS reminders before due dates.

Care Check is an organizational tool only. It does not provide legal, licensing, regulatory, or professional advice. You remain responsible for meeting all applicable requirements for your program.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your childcare program.

You agree to provide accurate information during setup and to keep your account credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Care Check for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to access another user's data without authorization.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
• Upload content you do not have the right to store or share.

Care Check SMS messaging program

Program name: Care Check. Care Check sends transactional SMS compliance deadline reminders to licensed childcare program directors and owners who sign up at carecheck.live and opt in during onboarding or at our public SMS consent page.

Message frequency varies based on how many compliance items you track. Reminders are sent at 30, 7, and 3 days before each due date, plus day-of.

To opt out of SMS reminders, reply STOP. For help, reply HELP.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

SMS and email consent

During onboarding you provide email contact information. Email reminders are included with every account.

SMS requires a separate unchecked consent checkbox that you must actively select. Consent to receive SMS is not required to create an account or use Care Check.

By checking the SMS consent box, you consent to receive transactional compliance reminders by SMS at the cadence described above.

Fees

Care Check may be offered at no charge during early partner onboarding. We will notify you before introducing paid plans or changing pricing.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Care Check is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Care Check is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for compliance failures, missed deadlines, licensing actions, or losses arising from your use of or reliance on the service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or $100 if you have not paid us.

Termination

You may stop using Care Check at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers and limitations of liability) will remain in effect.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
